The amount of subsistence in the Republic of Lithuania that may be considered sufficient to live in the Republic of Lithuania for one calendar month for an alien applying for a national visa or residence permit in the Republic of Lithuania is:

It should be noted that an alien applying for a national visa must also submit a document certifying that he/she has sufficient funds to return to the country of origin or the foreign country to which he/she is entitled to go. Sufficient amount for return is 1 MMW.

The new amounts for subsistence to be declared by aliens apply to aliens who apply for a residence permit or visa in 2022. Applications submitted in 2021 will be examined by applying the amount of subsistence to be declared valid in 2021 (MMW - EUR 642, MHR - EUR 3.93).
