Citizenship of the Republic of Lithuania

The Migration Department evaluates documents regarding the restoration, acquisition, granting, returning, stating of the fact of having and losing the citizenship of the Republic of Lithuania, issues certificates to confirm Lithuanian origins and the Right to restore the citizenship of the Republic of Lithuania, and organises the procedure of giving an oath to the Republic of Lithuania in the Ministry of the Interior.
