Services for persons in Lithuania

Citizens of the Republic of Lithuania who wish to order a passport or identity card must book a visit in advance online (www.migracija.lt -> press the button Book a visit"“) or by phone +370 707 67 000 (calling from abroad +370 5271 7112).

Without pre-registration, the following will be able to come to the customer service department:

• persons who have reached the age of retirement (which is stated in the law on state social insurance pensions of Lithuanian Republic);
• persons with disabilities;
• citizens of the Republic of Lithuania who wish to order and receive a passport as a matter of urgency, on the same day;
• citizens of the Republic of Lithuania who wish to order and receive an identity card within 1 workday.

Migration services to such persons are provided as soon as a customer service desk becomes available.
